About
We often find ourselves repeating the same patterns in our lives. My focus is to help you find new ways to relate to yourself, others, and the world around you in order to create balance and peace in your relationships and within.
From navigating today’s dating world, to long-term couples entering various phases of their relationship, I enjoy helping clients remove personal blocks in order to create more choice for themselves and their connections. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and use a mindfulness approach to help them learn new skills to self-regulate.
My background in health and fitness and life and relationship coaching brings a sense of focus and structure to my work with clients. I believe therapy should be a conversation. It is my job to help you find your own personal truths through challenging past belief systems that are no longer serving you. I also believe in the power of joy and laughter and I hope that our work together will bring you a sense of peace and happiness, and promote the change you’re seeking in your life.
